Stargirl, by Jerry Spinelli, is about a new girl that moves to town named Stargirl. It is told from the point of view from a guy at the school she starts going too. Her real name is Susan, however she got tired of that name so she changed it to Stargirl. What makes her unique (outside her name) is how she wears skirts all the way to the ground, she brings a ukulele to school everyday and sings happy birthday to people on their birthdays, she isn't afraid of being embarrassed, and she is incredible intelligent. So, yeah I think this is a good book. READ IT! :D
